registry re write issue when changing registry volume mount after registry is already deployed

Added detection of changed 'common_registry_volume' moved CA generation out into common fixed logic with copy/backup kubeconfig added var in install-config.yml.j2 for where to look for docker auth source merged gather-content into main.yml in common role
