SKOS relations (feature request) #4

implement ability to define SKOS relations (broader, narrower, related and transitive variants). If the tool allows different vocabulary 'spaces' (communities), also the SKOS vocabulary mapping relations (broadmatch, narrowmatch, exactmatch, etc.).
