Renaming projects in projects plugin #44

This was originally submitted on the Editra bug tracker...

I would like to be able to give projects a different name than the folder
name. Currently that is not possible, but it seems reasonably easy to add.

This seems like a pretty reasonable idea.  It does make it so that you can't 
change the directory name of the 
project from the Projects window since the displayed name is just that "a 
displayed name" now.
