no 'rename' option in projects plugin

Rename is currently possible when you double click a file slowly in the
Projects plugin. However:

 - there should probably be a context menu item for rename, when the file
is right-clicked
 - creating a new file via the context menu should not only create
'untitled file.X' but automatically start renaming it.
