Make CodeBrower to remember its state.

What Plugin does this relate to? What version of the Plugin?
CodeBorwser 0.7
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open 2 files. 
2. Use CodeBrower (unfold some items etc)
3. Switch to second file, then switch back.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
CodeBroser will be reset in its initial state, i.e. all items in CB will be
folded. This is not major problem but it brings some anoyance when u need
to switch between functions in few larger files.

What version of Editra are you using? On what operating system?
v0.4.65-svn on Archlinux
