2017 Crafty Criminal meta - the feeders should all be two word phrases. (i.e. - one puzzle solved to MORGAN HILL, not MORGAN)

2011 Mario Bros "meta" - you added NIGHTMARISH as a feeder, but that extracts the wrong letter. It needs to extract an A, not an S. Suggest MARIANA ISLANDS?

2010's "American History Hunt" meta includes flavor text ("Beware the scourge...") but not the fact it's nominally from 1952, the description of the flavor text as a "scary note", or the fact that all of the puzzles are themed after fictional witches. The answers for 2020's Zeus meta (from Safari round) aren't in the correct order (and the information needed to correctly order them, the puzzle titles, isn't given).
