(maybe) nav rearrangement attempt #2 #61

nav on left
chart on right
variables between nav and chart
style import and record buttons to look like chart type buttons and put them in the top right corner of chart. maybe make the record button bigger
move variables/correlations buttons from sidebar to nav on left

maybe:

move import/export to somewhere in sidebar or bottom of left nav bar
make new variable button smaller
or move new variable button to the bottom of variable list and make it part of the list so that it is a grayed-out variable with a little plus sign or right carot.
