Clear All for Dungeons #54

Add a button to clear all checks within a dungeon, but only when race mode is enabled

Updating this requirement - Check/Uncheck All should be supported for all regions, regardless of settings

142 addresses this for normal regions. The pending map mode change would also allow doing the same for dungeons and silent realms.
