@adamclerk This looks good, I'll do a test when I get home, and if all looks good, will merge in.

@cjsaylor I added a setting evalHtml that lets the user decided how to treat the message. If you're using irc with peers in a development setting...you might want to see the memes being shared. Then again if your on a public irc...you need to be more careful.

I also made the dom creation more explicit.
