• [x] Add the restart button to programs
• [x] Add a "Judge next" button so that I can quickly judge the next un-judged entry
• [x] When I click "Submit vote", disable the button and change the text of it to "Submitting vote..." so that I know my click went through. (Common AJAX design pattern)
• [ ] Experiment with floating the voting rubric on the page, so that I don't scroll up and down the page as much (this is something we're also thinking of for project evaluations on KA)
• [ ] Display a count on the contest page of how many entries I've judged out of the total amount
• [x] Let me edit my vote for an entry.
• [x] Let me specify a longer description for each rubric item, like "Award a 1 if it uses no loops, 3 if it uses 3-4 loops, 5 if it uses many loops". That'd help me bring other judges on board, so we could judge more consistently.
