This includes reviewing, consolidating, organizing, and improving the discoverability of content to support the education and application of open practices for all aspects of the research lifecycle.

Can we participate/contribute to OSKB in a meaningful way?

I think this is a great idea; what is the overlap with Turing Way?

No idea. OSKB (supported by the COS) seems still to be in the make. Let's keep watching whether there will be a chance to contribute in near future.
