Work up proposals for language design

Think about features we like and don't like in programming languages. Come up with a list of minimal essentials, some nice-to-haves, and some reach goals. Read up a bit on context-free languages and check proposals against parser requirements.

• Evaluate fully parenthesized arithmetic expressions with 32-bit integers
