Script fails to find protobuf version

Protobuf's tag name changed on TensorFlow's github from "protobuf" to "com_google_protobuf". Changing it fixes the issue.
Added a script to build the recipe on Ubuntu/Debian

Thanks @HFTrader this fix was useful for the latest version of tensorflow. Hope to see it merged to master.
