Addresses #75. This pull request changes the Code of Conduct from the Contributor Covenant to Weallbehave. It has more explicit guidelines about enforcement and explicitly bans bad actors from contributing to this repository and the community reflected by its contributors.
In addition, updates to contributors can be done via script.
