Cross-validation? #19

Hi Chris,

We are using varimpact package for a HIV related project. After reading the package manual, I didn't find anything about cross-validation was mentioned. Can I know if the cross-validation procedure was included in your package?

Hi Lily,

Good to hear from you. The package does use cross-validation - that is the "V" parameter that is set to 2 by default. I believe we have a little better description in the book chapter as well: https://link.springer.com/chapter/10.1007%2F978-3-319-65304-4_9
