speed up dataflow analyses; several bug fixes (e.g., nullpointer in dumpcfg) add deadcode analysis (deadstore) plus several improvements

@ckaestne It's kind of useless, if I review my own patch, right? I guess You are the only one familiar with most changes of this patch.
