feat: Pause on transfer list full, continue when it isn't

Describe the Feature Request

Add a pause to the autobuyer when the users transfer list is full, periodically check if there's space in the transfer list then continue buying when there's more space

Describe the Use Case

You leave the autobuyer on overnight expecting it to carry on buying and selling while you sleep. Your transfer list fills up, the autobuyer keeps buying players but since the transfer list is full can't sell them, you wake up in the morning and you've got 120 won transfers and 60 in the transfer list and you're out of money because the autobuyer didn't sell anything after the transfer list filled up.

Describe Preferred Solution

Periodically check the transfer list, if selling 100 players (transfer list max), pause autobuyer, while autobuyer is paused and reason is transferList, periodically check transfer list, if less than 100 players continue autobuyer

This feature is implemented in the past and not many where happy with it. You can use Re-list Futbin to list all the cards automatically in the transferlist
