bug: When bidding for futbin price it won't bid higher

Current Behavior

When looking at futbin price to bid, for example i set the bot to bid on X player that is 2k on futbin, I set the bot to bid up until 70% of that price, the first bid could be like 1k and someone else bids 1100, the bot won't bid 1200. But when bidding the normal way with a set price that happens.

Expected Behavior

The same behavior that occurs when a bid fixed value is set.

Steps to Reproduce

Place filter, mark find futbin buy price, bid for futbin price and set a %.
