Remove pinned version in setup.py for python-slugify #139

The latest update by @wardi has pinned python-slugify to <2.0, but the current python-slugify is 3.0.2. Is it necessary to pin this to such an old version? If not, please can you change it and make a release. The pinned version breaks builds that try to use a newer version of python-slugify.
