2.10 Support #92

This is a PR to make ckanext-geoview compatible with the latest CKAN version (2.10)

I'm not too savvy on Geographic data so any help would be appreciated.

Changes

Add support for unit testing. (ckanext-geoview didn't have any test) You can see the run here: https://github.com/pdelboca/ckanext-geoview/actions/runs/2219496365
I've also made some manual testing and it's working for GeoJSON and Shape files.
