Can't load fanstatic's JS bundle when running on Apache #18

I got:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
http://pakistan.ckanhosted.com/fanstatic/choroplethmap/:version:2014-03-27T03:05:48/:bundle:vendor/leaflet.js;vendor/leaflet.label.js;vendor/d3.scale.quantize.js;vendor/backend.ckan.js;vendor/queryStringToJSON.js;ckan_map_modules.js;choroplethmap.js;navigablemap.js

This started at f7f2539b1f500b3c6ebbd1944427399fd36a2f9f, when we changed resource.config to load viewhelpers/main instead of base/main.
