The plugin names (navigablemap, choroplethmap) NOT the same as the extension name (mapviews)

Just as a small side note, next time you submit a pull request (which, hopefully, won't take long :smile:), could you add the issue number between brackets (as in [#22] ...), to follow the current pattern? I cherry-picked your commit and changed it myself.
