change resource_read.html template extension to enable display of QA rating #4

Will automatically display QA rating at the resource level once the extension is activated.

@Hoedic Hello: thanks for the pull request. I sadly didn't spot it before I went ahead and did 27023d2. Had I checked the pull requests I would have just merged this. Thanks anyways :)
