It would be nice to be able to setup conditional downloads.
eg. In Kerbal Space Program 1.9.x I would like to install Real Scale Solarsystem unfortunately that requires (among others) Kopernicus to be installed, which has not been upgraded to 1.9.x yet.
If I could flag a mod for download then "CKAN" could check each time it updates and see if all the dependancies have been updated. If so the user is then asked whether they wish to download/install
