Clicking on a resource format icon from the package list should automatically show the resource #263

Right now, it goes to the package page.

This is understandable as there may be multiple files using the same format.

But if there is only one resource with that format for a given package, it'd be ideal if the associated resource view is loaded instead of the package page.
