defect #219

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open the foursquare application,select the places tab.
2.select the place of the list nearby venues and open it.
3.double click the check-in here button,then show two dialogs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected output:show one dialog,but I see two dialogs

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
the version is 2010-08-31 on android system.

Please provide any additional information below.
