Heat Once #7

Hey there,

first: Thanks for writing the integration, i've been looking for this for a long time. In my Ökofen, i have the option to heat the water manually (it's called "Einmal aufheizen", i don't know the english phrase)

Would it be possible to offer such an action in home assistant?

Update: It seems to be:

Yes, good idea

Switch platform is a bad idea. Button is better in my opinion.

i.e. the "DRÜCKEN" Buttons
