Clean changesets, we don't need them in our first changelog update
Update README docs, recommend to install the latest tag, e.g. @rgbpp-sdk/btc@snap -> @rgbpp-sdk/btc

It is recommended to change 0.1.0 to v0.1.0 for the changelog title and the release tag

The changelog is updated, but I think the title of the release tag is not customizable (if handled by changesets). There are some other release-related problems waiting to be discussed, we can open another issue later.
