Discussion: Is the Docker Image for the SDK Service necessary?

Likely, CEX doesn't use it, and Docker isn't needed in daily development. I suggest we remove Docker.

The image's pull logs show that @duanyytop is right. We can disable the workflow for now.

https://github.com/ckb-cell/rgbpp-sdk/pkgs/container/rgbpp-sdk-service has been changed to private, indicating that this repo does not maintain it any more.
