All of these fields must not be compulsory. It is possible that you have a contact with only name and email or name and phone number, etc.

There are better ways to avoid duplicates, than make these fields compulsory.

Rejected: the bug type is incorrect, it is not related to the quality of documentation. It should be labeled as feature flaw as it is a suggestion, which violates Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. As mentioned here:

It is our design choice that name, phone, address and email are compulsory fields. This is shown in the documentation of add command in the UserGuide (prefixes not in square brackets are compulsory):
