Reason for disagreement: The team may have misunderstood what narrowing down of the target user profile is. Yes, the overview of the UG and target user profile section of the DG do give some details about the target users, but this is not the expected format. Instead of stating who the app is targeted towards, it just states that the target user is someone who wants to use ABpi's features. The target user profile is usually based on a person's profession, age, location, income, etc. and a specific target user profile of this sort is not present in the documentation. In fact the UG indirectly states that it is for anybody.

For example, the target user of Luminus will not be someone who wants to see their modules, someone who wants to see their grades, someone who wants to downloads their files, or someone who likes using a website. Instead it would be the students, professors and teaching assistants associated with the National University of Singapore.

Since the project will be graded on how well the features match the target user profile, it is extremely important to have a well-defined target user, and hence this bug is classified as severity.Medium.
