Add the ZADDS

This will make sure that seeders / leechers are updated in redis w/ timestamp, so cleanup job wont remove.

Pros:

• Cleanup wont remove them, so more cache hits (adding re-adding invalidates cache)

Cons:

• ZADD on every announce
