Improve pom for copying ckeditor.tld #6

Fixed with 32cfca4.

I can see that I have also updated formatting on pom.xml file. My chnage for ckeditor.tld included moving below resource from global into inside maven-resources-plugin.

${basedir}/src/main/resources/META-INF META-INF true ckeditor.tld
