I've removed error-overlay-webpack-plugin dependency from samples since it introduced few security vulnerabilities as reported by npm audit. There is no other reasonable remediation. All information displayed by that plugin is already available in the console logs, so I don't believe that removing that plugin is a big deal.
In addition, I've updated ckeditor4 to the latest 4.17.1 version in editor-url sample.
