ZWS are added to figcaption, what is not intuitive for the user #2844

Provide detailed reproduction steps (if any)

  1. Open sample with image2 plugin: http://cdn.ckeditor.com/4.11.2/full-all/samples/old/image2/image2.html
  2. Remove caption's text from the image. Empty caption should remain in the editor
  3. Add new line to the caption with Enter button
  4. Remove pressed enter with Backspace

Expected result

New line is removed after pressing Backspace once.

Actual result

There are added 7 ZWS, so it's required to press Backspace 7 times to remove inserted new line
