Documentation for contentsCss doesn't mention that contents.css is added to dropdowns #3681

Provide detailed reproduction steps (if any)

  1. Open https://ckeditor.com/docs/ckeditor4/latest/api/CKEDITOR_config.html#cfg-contentsCss.
  2. Notice that documentation says that this property is ignored by inline and full page mode which isn't fully accurate. While that file is ignored in inline and full page mode for editor content area, it is still added to internal iframes in dropdowns so that dropdowns could show visual representations of available styles.
