mathtype for ckeditor4, click on source for the second time, breaks mathtype so it won't launch again. #4279

  1. launch url above
  2. click on source button, to show code view
  3. click on source again, to show WYSIWYG view.
  4. click on source button, to show code view
  5. click on source again, to show WYSIWYG view.

Expected result

show WYSIWYG view and able to launch mathtype

Actual result

can't launch mathtype plugin image

I'm also getting similar issue.

I can confirm the issue. It seems to be originating from the MathType plugin. @carlawiris, could you take a look?
