Provide description of the new feature

After #4612 and #4681 we could think about enabling inserting multiple images at once.

Please allow user, converts image in base64 and add using image toolbar. User can also add multiple base64 in one ckeditor instance and load in all browser. Curerntly its working for Mozilla
