Provide a description of the task

In https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor5/issues/13950, we are working on new release tools for the CKEditor 5 project.

It would be good to update the tooling in the package to re-use these tools too.

Scope

Some integrations contain the dist/ directory, and some do not. Let's unify it. Decision: remove dist/.
- Review README.md and other docs in the repo.
Integrate the new release tools.
- Make sure to build the component before releasing stuff.
