[PFO] Word templates don't paste well #12779

📝 Provide detailed reproduction steps (if any)

  1. Create a new docx document from the "Welcome to Word" template.
  2. Copy it.
  3. Paste to the editor.

✔️ Expected result

The styles are preserved.

❌ Actual result

The styles are lost.

with GHS allow all:

Could you check whether it doesn't boil down to inlining stylesheets?
