meta HTTP-EQUIV="refresh" dont work - Only Firefox - #13530

When im using ckeditor and i write a new meta tag to refresh my website it doenst work. This is only when im using Firefox, but i need this on Firefox.

When i set accessibility.blockautorefresh to true, i get a permission request and when i click agree he going to the website/ refresh.

✔️ Expected result

Refresh the Website and go to the new URL

❌ Actual result

No autorefresh and dont went to the new url
