[Drag & drop + Balloon block, intro] Select the blocks when dragging with the drag handle #14712

📝 Provide detailed reproduction steps (if any)

  1. Select multiple blocks.
  2. Use the drag handle to drag.

✔️ Expected result

Whole blocks are selected.

❌ Actual result

Selection stays the same, even though entire blocks are moved.

Possible fix: editable focus.
