Markup is completely broken when migrating between CKEditor4 and 5

I have email template looking like this in v4:

I copied its source code (table markup for emails) and pasted into custom-built v5 with general HTML support enabled, all table plugins enabled, etc.

And got this:

I wonder how can I make it work in a same way as it worked in version 4?
