The v1 of Bookmarks is not shipped together with linking experience (#17230). We should inform it's for the advanced users?

The Bookmarks feature is production-ready but does not yet include integration with the linking experience (see #17230). It is recommended for advanced users who can guide their audience on linking to bookmarks using # anchors.
