Introduce GitHub Writer compatibility with ZenHub #265

We are using ZenHub internally at CKSource and it's a real PITA to browse the board and issues on ZenHub and then need to open each issue on GitHub to have a proper editor for commenting. We all :heart:  CKEditor 5 so much that it's really painful when we are unable to use it.

Unfortunately, we don't have capacity right now to take a look at this :( We will keep it in the backlog, though.
