Works only in a few repositories/pages

It does not work in most of my repositories, for example here it does not work: https://github.com/nmingotti/Cuis-Smalltalk-BeagleBoard/edit/main/README.md

But it works here, i made this wiki page with github-writer: https://github.com/Cuis-Smalltalk/Cuis-Smalltalk-Dev/wiki/Learn-how-to-use-the-Transcript

I am using Linux debian Bullseye, with default browser system Firefox . Using a new Firefox or Chromium makes no difference.

I can confirm that I was able to reproduce the issue.

Even though the GH Writer does load correctly for me when editing your file (https://github.com/nmingotti/Cuis-Smalltalk-BeagleBoard/edit/main/README.md) it's loaded in "edit markdown" mode instantly (you should see the three dots on the most-right place of the bar, clicking on them will allow you to go back to "rich-text editing").

It seems like this is an issue related to how we handle the markdown - we will try and take a deeper look into that.

I was editing a lot of pages with your plugin in Firefox ESR. Unfortunately today Firefox ESR in Debian doesn't open any more Github (shame on Github for this). Anyway i am trying to use Chromium, still, the plugin is completely ignored in the pages i edit more, for example here: https://github.com/nmingotti/The-Cuis-CookBook/wiki

Out of despair now running the regular Chrome (hate on github for this). And now also pages i wrote fully with github-writer are not recognized by the plugin, for example this: https://github.com/nmingotti/The-Cuis-CookBook/wiki/The-Dependency-Mechanism---1

Also in Firefox 91 ESR. Something must have changed in github i think. See the error here: https://pasteboard.co/6Qo8A2oEJw9n.png
