Updated manifest to v3 #324

Updated manifest version as the current one will be deprecated in 2023 based on google migration guide. Closes: #320.

Unfortunately Firefox doesn't support manifest v3 yet and it refuses to load the extension: image

For tracking the status of support see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1578284.

For now I'll revert the commit from this PR and reopen the issue.

It is said that FF is going to support this soon (it should be supported on nighlty, with the official rollout mid-January 2023).

To be verified if it's accurate (mozilla's issue on supporting manifest v3 is still open).
