Integrate CKEditor 5 v35.1.0 #367

As noted in https://github.com/ckeditor/github-writer/pull/364#pullrequestreview-1113388736 during the review of 35.1.0 bump I noticed there are quite a few regressions that should be fixed before we can merge the new CKE5 version.

So let's track this upgrade under this epic and make an epic branch for all the related fixes/improvements.

We closed all the issues that we detected during 35.1.0 testing.

Since we want to upgrade to recently released 35.2.1 - there's no point in testing older version alone (because we'd have to test the new one again) so I'm closing this issue as it will get fixed by #388.
