Wrong tooltip on getting back to rich-text editor #378

📝 Provide detailed reproduction steps (if any)

  1. Create new issue
  2. Switch to edit markdown (nostalgia)
  3. Select more options in toolbar and hover over a button returning to rich-text editing

✔️ Expected result

The tooltip says "Switch to rich-text editing"

❌ Actual result

The tooltip stays the same as it was in rich-text editing ("Edit markdown (nostalgia)")
