This is supported by Blur My Shell now #66

It is in beta, but it works very good. You just need to enable it in the settings. It does not require a transparent theme.

I was going to ask the dev to add bluring but you pointed out that blur my shell has a feature like that. thank you

@cfpwastaken Blur My Shell without a actually translucent theme, makes the windows and text translucent, making it harder to read and bad for accessibility.

For me it does not seem to make the text translucent. I'm also not a developer of Blur my Shell, so all Issues should go there.
